Uni-tard is an outfit which covers the torso and crotch in the one garment. It is a similar style of a sleeveless top and shorts joined at the waist. The garment is put on by stepping into the neck hole and pulling the garment up to cover the torso. Measure from the shoulder down through the crotch and back up to same shoulder, this is your girth. If the sizes in the chart need adjusting for your body, put your actual measurements of your Chest at the widest part, Waist at belly button, Hips at the hip bone & your Girth in the personalization box.

Nylon Spandex: 85% Nylon, 15% Spandex. 4-way stretch spandex. Sparkle sheen on one side. Approximately, 100% stretch in the length and 85% stretch in the width. Machine washable in cold water with mild soap and line dry.
